These are our words, not a customer's — which is exactly why they are useful. If we fail any of them, you have something concrete to say.
Did the quote hold?
The price we give is the price you pay. If we got the job wrong, that is our problem to absorb, not yours to fund.
Did we turn up when we said?
On the agreed day, in the agreed window, with the right kit and a vehicle for the waste. No vanishing between quote and start date.
Did the waste actually leave?
Nothing bagged up behind the shed, nothing for you to take to the tip. It goes in the van and it goes to a licensed transfer station.
Were we straight with you?
Including when the honest answer cost us money — a lawn that could be saved rather than replaced, or a tree that needed a trim rather than removal.
Was the site left tidy?
Paths swept, borders raked, gates shut. This is somebody's home, and it should look like we respected that.
Would you have us back?
The only question that really matters. Most of our maintenance customers started as one-off clearances.
